Sanders sells out to the Dark Side

IN an unprecedented move, Bernie Sanders has been sold to Hillary Clinton, leaving his supporters in disarray.

The easy purchase of Bernie Sanders was a result of negotiations  bribery between the Sanders camp and DNC, all orchestrated by Hillary Clinton.

In the sale of Bernie Sanders,  Sanders proved he didn't have what it takes to be President. 

Sanders folded to the presence of corruption in the DNC and failed to fight for what he stated he believed in.

Sanders proved in front of all of World he is a phony and an "entrenched" member of the dark side. 

Bernie Sanders is man who lacks conviction , integrity and guts.

Sanders is indeed a COWARD and a WHORE.

DNC Wasserman test comes back positive!

Debbie Wasserman, head of the Democratic National Convention is being removed from her position in an all out effort to protect the Democratic Party and its members.

 

City health officials have confirmed that all DNC delegates have been exposed to the disease and additional testing is being performed on all DNC staff.

DNC officials are scrambling to limit the outbreak to the delegates before a national epidemic occurs.

The CDC has stated this is a rapidly spreading disease and expressed concern of riots and mayhem if the disease is not contained.

Fears are mounting that panic and riots will ensue this week in Philadelphia if the outbreak is not contained to the DNC and its delegates.

The DNC has confirmed that the disease has spread to most party delegates and is taking aggressive measures to prevent the disease from spreading to other democratic party staffers and party members.

Bernie Sanders supporters eagerly seized the opportunity to revive the 
"Feel the Burn" campaign:

DNC official statement: “ Party Officials are working closely with their delegates, staff and comforters to further contain the disease and determine find someone else to blame for the source of the outbreak”.

Nieskes has spent years mastering the art of

 As a prosecutor in Racine County, Nieskes negotiated, bartered and plea bargained with some of the lowest of low life’s and some of the best cons in the criminal realm.

  Nieskes further interacted with pimps, whores, fraudsters, false prophets and other persons of ill repute.

  As the years went by, Nieskes studied, tweaked and assimilated many of these low life skills into his own personal and professional life.

Nieskes especially honed his dark skills in the arts of deception and spin to a point that he is able to manipulate his associates, employees, friends, Judges and the general public.

 Nieskes became so proficient at these arts that he can no longer differentiate between truth or his realm, 
Nieskes's mind is truly  

demented

Suffering from dementia, or driven to behave irrationally due to anger or distress.

As a narcissist, Nieskes hides and denies his past egregious acts and seemingly whines to his associates that he is a victim of a stalker,  but the reality is Nieskes is the viral participant of what he negotiated.  

Nieskes is so proficient at the art of deception that he is able to manipulate others to defend his name and do his dirty deeds for him.

Nieskes is also an opportunist, or perhaps even a predator. A predator the likes of former Calumet County District Attorney Kenny Kratz. Yes the same Ken Kratz of National District Attorney Wall of Shame fame who used and abused his position of power that preyed and manipulated on the weak minded, the innocent, the trusting, the naive and of course the

stupid.

 Lacking intelligence or common sense.

We suggest that Katie publish those emails and further explain to the public how those emails have created a "disruption" in the workplace and especially throughout the courthouse.

After those emails are published, then explain why there is real concern for the safety of Nieskes and his family.

Is Katie's concern for Nieskes's safety a result of enlightenment or an epiphany that Nieskes should be in prison and may become a p
risoner's girlfriend?

If Nieskes truly had a legitimate reason for concern to his safety, as a narcissist Nieskes would  have used his unbridled powers that Eric Johnson bestowed upon him as Deputy District Attorney and acted upon us. 

The reality is Nieskes is a fraudster, a liar and an unconvicted criminal that belongs in prison due to his past egregious acts. Nieskes drew first blood. Nieskes abused his power in office by maliciously biting a dog who bites back.

Do you think Mary ever went to Racine County to vet Nieskes as a Judge?

We didn't think so either.

As for Mary's comment referencing lying to get ahead in life, We are already ahead in life, we print truthful facts and do this in the spirit of Martin Niemöller and our

According to online social records, It appears Mary is politically motivated for personal reasons, not because she has done due diligence and properly vetted the St. Croix County District Attorney candidate Michael Nieskes.

Hey, but at least Mary and Katie are talking about the most powerful and influential office in the county.

We at St. Croix County Corruption may often disagree with opinions or comments, but we always agree to disagree, all part of a functioning political process that enhances and benefits the whole community.

 It is in the communities best interest that discussions regarding the candidates of the office of district attorney be fully encouraged and engaged even though you may not agree with one's political point of view.

Words and opinions are to be considered along with evidence and facts. 

Choose carefully as the District Attorney's office has the power to change, alter or destroy lives.
An office that must be held by a person of impeccable character, and the facts prove that Michael Nieskes is NOT that person.

 Michael Nieskes's successor in Racine County was apparently so moved by the egregious and illegal conduct of Micheal Nieskes's that he moved the court to dismiss the case with prejudice.

Ask any attorney or Judge what dismissed with prejudice represents.  If you already know the answer and still support Michael Nieskes, then you are like a thirsty horse who has been brought fresh, clean water and refuses to drink.

Folks, our only interest in the St. Croix District Attorney office is thwarting Nieskes's attempt to again become an elected official. 

Nieskes's past unethical, egregious and criminal conduct makes him unfit for public office.

Nieskes violated the trust of the public, is an unconvicted criminal who subverted citizens rights and filed a false affidavit into court records.  Those are the irrefutable and indisputable facts.

We have no stake in the candidates 
Donna, Sarah or Rory.

Folks, as more of the truth is published, more citizens should realize that Nieskes is a fraud.

After reading Martin Niemöller, You will realize it is Nieskes who is the clear and present danger, but not to us, it is to you, the St. Croix citizen.

Nieskes has history of abusing the power of the office of District Attorney and subverting citizens rights, as such Nieskes should never be allowed to hold public office again.

It appears Michael Nieskes is whining to his followers about the Pro bono public/politico work of St. Croix County Corruption.

This whiner is supposed to be the

Nieskes's followers are in denial of the facts presented before them.

The fact that Nieskes is a coward and would not show in court on a case that he personally initiated.
A case that was later dismissed with prejudice after Nieskes's lost  control of the courts during his fall from power.

For many of Nieskes’s followers, living in today’s information era and being a supporter of Nieskes must create great physiological conflict.

This type of conflict may be similar to having a neighbor you adore and then realizing he is a pedophile.  Yes,  Nieskes is indeed that egregious in the legal world.

And apparently some of his followers do not understand the difference between illuminating the 

TRUTH

via blogging vs. being a stalker.

At St. Croix County Corruption,  we call misinformed, misguided followers of Nieskes as his “proles”, a term borrowed from the novel 1984..

These proles suffer from “Schultz syndrome”, a term borrowed from Hogans Heroes. The syndrome includes

AND as for the group of Nieskes’s followers who are educated, the saying goes “there is no greater idiot than that of an educated idiot”

Michael Nieskes has an extensive history of abusing the powers of the

District Attorney’s office.

In Racine County, Nieskes had a reputation of using questionable witnesses. 

Let’s first get to know Nieskes’s star witness in a 2011 Racine County Circuit Court case,

It appears Nick and Nieskes might have 

attended the same university.

During Nieskes’s reign of terror acting as District Attorney in Racine County, Nieskes’s egregious acts included abusing the powers of his office to wrongly, punitively and maliciously prosecute individuals at his whim using questionable witnesses.

In the year 2011, Nieskes acted egregiously in a civil forfeiture case INITIATED by Michael Nieskes. The Racine County District Attorney’s office named Nicholas Sheen as the State’s star witness to forward Nieskes’s personal agenda against the defendant(s).

In the year 2012,  after Nieskes’s fall from power, the next District Attorney moved the court to dismiss the case with prejudice, over the court’s objections.  Yes you read that right, over the court’s objections.  This is how effectively Nieskes subverted even the courts to act at his whim.

After the removal of Michael Nieskes from power in Racine County,  Mr. Sheen appeared on the RADAR of numerous law enforcement agencies. Coincidence? We don’t know because Nieskes would not appear in court for us to impeach his testimony when we subpoenaed him.

But we do know this, without Nieskes in power to provide protection to Mr. Sheen, Sheen was caught in the grasps of accountability of his actions , ending Sheen’s reign of terror and putting Nieskes's star witness in prison.

I met Nicholas Sheen when I was in the Racine Co. Jail and he allowed me to read his case log. We have to understand that there were people who he was angry with in those houses at the time the fires was set that was sleeping. Elderly people. I spent 90 days in there with him and I can honestly say that he showed his true colors down there. Sheen had no regard for any one and I was giving Bible studies. He spoke very badly about his girlfriend, the people in those houses and even his dad. On three occasions I had to threaten him to get him to stop. I'm sorry but In my honest opinion, Sheen is guilty as heck and the time he got he surely deserves.

When it comes to Nieskes, yes it is personal and it is ugly!

Below is part of a recent email I sent to the current 

Racine County District Attorney Rich Chiapete.

In 19 days, the republican primary will determine its candidate for District Attorney.

No Nieskes = no further involvement, but.......

Should the republican candidate be Michael Nieskes, I will engage in a political and public scorched earth policy to discredit and thwart the efforts of Michael Nieskes to become D.A.

That political scorched earth policy will include all who comfort, aid and abet Michael Nieskes. 

The St. Croix republican party and individuals within the party will be relentlessly mocked for failing to vet and perform due diligence  

I have the skills and the infrastructure to move the public to remove an elected official and / or thwart an attempt of being elected. Local scouts are already active in the St. Croix area.

This is where it can become a slippery slope for Patricia, if it indeed does comes to this point, Patricia can be named as a witness to the fact that she was the person who introduced me to Nieskes.  Timelines overlap with other contacts and illuminate Nieskes knowingly lied to the court in his affidavit. The problem for Patricia is that she herself is running for D.A. and any reference and / or association with Michael Nieskes or the name Michael Nieskes will be to her political detriment.

I DON'T want that to happen.

Also, press may adversely affect Noah Wishau's image in the community and again, I DON'T want that to happen. The main reason I never pursued Nieskes in federal court is that Nieskes would sacrifice anybody to save himself, that is the narcissist I came to know doing battle in court with Nieskes. I believe Nieskes would even sacrifice innocent children before taking responsibility for his egregious acts. He is that ugly of a person.

Nieskes in the past has used other people to do his dirty work, Nieskes oversaw Noah to engage in exparte meetings with judge Ptacek to thwart my efforts to hold trial the day before trial. Noah notified the state witnesses not to appear for trial the day before trial but failed to notify me or my witnesses that the trial had been adjourned thru the exparte meeting. 

This tactic occurred twice, with the third attempt using the ploy that Ptacek was sick and there was a possibility of another adjournment the day before trial, but Noah again notified the state witnesses not to appear while I and my witnesses appeared the next day for trial. Again Noah or judge Ptacek failed to notify me that the trial was postponed, and again I appeared with my subpoenaed witnesses and the state's subpoenaed witnesses did not show.

Not to forget some of the best political fodder will come with Michael Nieskes's star witness, Nicholas Sheen; Nieskes's witness of ill fame whom your office later prosecuted for theft, arson ect and received a prison sentence of over 20 years. Karma?  Poetic justice?  or more political fodder against Nieskes?

So, if and when it may come down to the choice of protecting some good people from the Nieskes fallout vs. allowing Nieskes the opportunity to become D.A., I will fall back on my training that " the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few". 

That's where Patricia and Noah may have to make the difficult choice between the "truth or consequences".

Only then may the truth protect Patricia and Noah during my scorched earth policy.

The District Attorney's office is too influential and powerful a position to allow a narcissist like Nieskes to ever abuse or hold again.

If you know the saying "Instant asshole, just add alcohol" , so goes the saying for me except  " just add Nieskes"

Nieskes's lowest point and biggest mistake with me?    On 1-06-2011 Nieskes wrongly, punitively and maliciously conspired with deputy Ratkowski by citing my brother in law for protecting his wife and property on his own property along with me.

We were both protected and privileged to act yet Nieskes chose to abuse his position of power.  Nieskes crossed the line and wrongly involved my family in his contempt against me. That's how low of a lowlife Nieskes is. 

It is indeed personal and ugly, 

This is the single shot I put over the bow of the 

St. Croix Republican party.

Nieskes became the laughing stock in the Racine legal community as a result of his failure to successfully prosecute a civil forfeiture case. Nieskes had abused his power and  conspired with a sheriff deputy to punitively cite a civil forfeiture disorderly conduct for protecting family and property. After a 20 month legal battle, the case was dismissed with prejudice after Nieskes was removed from power.

Nieskes became toxic waste in Racine county

Nieskes was voted out of office by informed voters for his 
abuse of power and egregious acts as 
Racine County District Attorney

Think about this folks, Good D.A's and Judges land jobs at local law firms.  The firms want all their political clout, contacts and power.
No law firm hired Nieskes after he was 
voted out of office.


Along with all of Nieskes's "qualifications"
also comes his baggage;
Narcissist, lack of moral character, abuser of power, subversive to constitutional rights, RINO, conspiracy, complicity, collusion, subversive to second amendment rights and Nieskes was personally named in federal court action by Wisconsin Carry, the list goes on and on.
