State of Wisconsin vs. Kali (Kay-lee) Jade Bookey
St Croix County Case Number 2016CF000322

The continuing legacy of the ever derelict and incompetent
St. Croix County District Attorney
Michael Nieskes

Michael Nieskes

We choose the word bafoon because bafoon isn't a recognised word in most legitimate circles of english - just like Nieskes isn't recognised as a legitimate prosecutor by citizens who have a general knowledge of law and whom studied Nieskes's behavior as a prosecutor.

Urban Dictionary: bafoon

Fool, idiot, one who pretends to know something but does not.
Michael Nieskes is also an Anathema

Anathema, in common usage, is something or someone that is detested or shunned. In its other main usage, it is a formal excommunication. The latter meaning, its ecclesiastical sense, is based on New Testament usage. Wikipedia

Michael Nieskes claims to affiliate with a christian church, but what kind of church would want a parishioner that lies and acts maliciously?

Michael Nieskes knowingly filed charges in court that could not
be proved in a legitimate court of law.
Michael Nieskes along with  ADA Alexis McKinley knowingly committed fraud upon the court.
Michael Nieskes and Alexis Mckinley filed the false charge of intentional homicide when no such crime was committed.

What kind of church would embrace a member of its congregation of such low character and morals?

Michael Nieskes is indeed an Anathema!
And what does that say for the character of the derelict and incompetent court?, who under the authority of St. Croix County Judge Eric Lundell didn't reprimand the prosecutors for filing false and malicious charges.

In July of 2016, then Deputy District Attorney Michael Nieskes &  ADA Alexis S. McKinley conspired, colluded  and engaged in the wrongful, malicious, negligent and criminal act of falsely charging
Kali Bookey of homicide.

Nieskes and Mckinley further wrongly charged Bookey in adult court. In March of 2017, Judge Eric Lundell remanded the high profile case into its rightful jurisdiction - juvenile court.

Even the colluding dud of a judge, St. Croix County Judge Eric Lundell saw through Nieskes's wrongful, negligent and criminal acts, and/or in the alternative, incompetence and malice.

Nieskes files the adult court charges against Kali Bookey as a Deputy District Attorney, then as elected District Attorney, dismisses his own charges.
His insanity continues!

Folks , I can't make this shit up.
Read below!
WCCA records states: Dismissed on Prosecutor's Motion!

Let's look into this case .

Count 1. 1st. Degree Intentional Homicide
" whoever causes the death of another human being with intent to kill that person or another is guilty of a Class A felony."

Kali Bookey did not kill anyone!
There is no dead body or cadaver!
The charge of homicide was an outright lie!

Nieskes and Mckinley engaged in the criminal act of false swearing under Wisconsin statutes 946.32, and further engaged in an act of fraud before the court

All perpetrated under the guidance of then District Attorney Eric Johnson.  There are no clean hands in the St. Croix County District Attorney's office. These unclean hands includes St. Croix corporation counsel.

Wisconsin Statutes
946.32 False swearing.
(1) Whoever does either of the following is guilty of a Class H felony:
(a) Under oath or affirmation or upon signing a statement pursuant to s. 887.015 makes or subscribes a false statement which he or she does not believe is true, when such oath, affirmation, or statement is authorized or required by law or is required by any public officer or governmental agency as a prerequisite to such officer or agency taking some official action.
(b) Makes or subscribes 2 inconsistent statements under oath or affirmation or upon signing a statement pursuant to s. 887.015 in regard to any matter respecting which an oath, affirmation, or statement is, in each case, authorized or required by law or required by any public officer or governmental agency as a prerequisite to such officer or agency taking some official action, under circumstances which demonstrate that the witness or subscriber knew at least one of the statements to be false when made. The period of limitations within which prosecution may be commenced runs from the time of the first statement.
(2) Whoever under oath or affirmation or upon signing a statement pursuant to s. 887.015 makes or subscribes a false statement which the person does not believe is true is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
This section applies to oral statements. The mere fact that a statement is permitted by law does not mean it is “authorized by law" within meaning of sub. (1) (a). State v. Devitt, 82 Wis. 2d 262262 N.W.2d 73 (1978).
The reference to the statute of limitations in sub. (1) (b) does not make it an element of the offense. The statute of limitations is an affirmative defense and is subject to tolling under s. 939.74. State v. Slaughter, 200 Wis. 2d 190546 N.W.2d 490 (Ct. App. 1996), 95-0141.
What is to be “authorized or required" under sub. (1) (b) is the oath itself, not the matter respecting which the oath is taken. State v. Slaughter, 200 Wis. 2d 190546 N.W.2d 490 (Ct. App. 1996), 95-0141.

It didn't take a legal scholar sitting on the bench to get Count 1 dismissed. There was no homicide as alleged by Michael Nieskes and ADA Alexis Mckinley.

A smarter,  honest judge would have admonished, sanctioned or found the two prosecuting attorneys in contempt of court.  But we never met anyone who said Judge Lundell was a smart or honest judge.

The other two charges could have been applicable had the perpetrator been an adult.  But obviously Nieskes and Mckinley are not proficient at math, are malicious, lack character, veracity and integrity as human beings.

The ST. Croix County District Attorney's office is openly engaged in criminal acts and is further sanctioned by
St. Croix corporation counsel.

The wrongful and derelict decision to prosecute Kali Bookey in adult court was a total waste of taxpayer money.  Our estimates of wasteful prosecution cost to wrongly prosecute a 14 year old child in adult court exceeds well over fifty thousand dollars.

Add into the equation that St. Croix County engaged in the criminal acts of cyberbullying by publishing false accusations against this defendant is just  another example of the incompetence and malice in the St. Croix District Attorneys office.

 Cyber Bulling  / Defamation

Cyber-bullying, or the practice of using electronic devices such as computers, mobile telephones or tablets to engage in behavior which is intended to cause fear, intimidation, or harm to others,
These prohibitions are found in ch. 947, Stats., as crimes against public peace.

Crimes of Harassment:
Wisconsin law prohibits an individual from doing any of the following with the intent to harass or intimidate another person:  Striking, shoving, kicking or otherwise subjecting a person to physical contact, or• attempting or threatening to do the same.  Engaging in a course of conduct or repeatedly committing acts that harass or intimidate a person and which serve no legitimate purpose.

Wisconsin Legislature
942.01 Defamation.
(1) Whoever with intent to defame communicates any defamatory matter to a 3rd person without the consent of the person defamed is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.

Keep in mind that the County of St. Croix knowingly and openly published lies about a defendant, themselves committing crimes in the process of alleged justice.

So how is Nieskes and all his alleged experience working for the St. Croix community so far?

Remember, we would not say it if it were not true.

WAKE UP  St. Croix county residents,
Your St. Croix judicial system is in disarray!

The highly coveted “Today’s D.A. Dirty Rat” was awarded to Michael Nieskes last year for the following:
Abuse of power
Abuse of process
Court date tampering
Court records tampering
Conspiracy to deny defendant trial
And the criminal act of filing a false affidavit into court records
Ref: Racine County Circuit Court Case # 2011FO00057

Michael Nieskes is an un convicted criminal who engaged in the criminal act of filing a false affidavit into court records.  In 2011, a criminal complaint was filed against Michael Nieskes at the Wisconsin Attorney General's office. In 2012, Nieskes was run out of Racine County by voters after being exposed as the criminal he is.

Michael Nieskes

Michael Nieskes was elected St. Croix County District Attorney in 2016.
Michael Nieskes has brought his sick and despicable form of prosecution into St. Croix County.  Nieskes has extended his legacy of abuse of power and deceit in St. Croix County. Nieskes supervised and aided Assistant District Attorney Alexis McKinley to wrongly charge 14 year old juvenile Kali Bookey as an adult and falsely prosecute the Homicide charge of 940.01 (1)(a) in St. Croix County Circuit Court against defendant Kali Bookey.
Ref: St. Croix County Circuit Court Case #2016CF000322

District Attorneys have a responsibility to only bring forth charges to which they can reasonably expect to prove.
How can one even remotely expect to prove homicide when no homicide has taken place?
Thankfully no cadaver or stiff exist in the Kali Bookey prosecution, but what is dead is the rule of reason and law in the St. Croix County District Attorney's office.

To compound the legal matters of this case, Judge Eric Lundell has chosen to overlook the prosecution's lack of good judgment, discretion and candor towards the court

Only a derelict and irresponsible judge would allow a District Attorney's  false charge of homicide to remain before his court.  The court is well aware thru documents provide by law enforcement that the defendant Kali Bookey committed assault, not homicide.

And speaking of derelict and irresponsible,

Judge Eric Lundell has been derelict of his duties in the court by acting irresponsibly regarding his overview of the WCCA published records of his court. Judge Eric Lundell has published the false and malicious charge of homicide against juvenile Kali Bookey when Judge Eric Lundell is aware no such homicide took place.
St. Croix County and Circuit Court Judge Eric Lundell is responsible for the criminal act of Cyber Bullying against juvenile Kali Bookey.

Judge Lundell should be immediately recused.

Kali Bookey did not commit homicide, yet Judge Eric Lundell knowingly sees fit to wrongly publish and disseminate misinformation thru WCCA public records known to be false and prejudice against the defendant.

WTF ???

Michael Nieskes
Rino Republican Candidate
for District Attorney of St. Croix County

Profession: Career politician
Lifetime career in government
No experience in business world

Racine Reject
Overwhelmingly removed from office by
Racine County voters in 2012

Child Abuser:
Failed to conduct a psychological evaluation on a defendant before moving a 14 year old girl into adult court.
Complicit with false court charge of homicide filed against 14 year old girl when no cadaver exist (thankfully) and no such crime was committed.

Complicit with St.Croix County Circuit Court, specifically Judge Eric lundell and his staff in the criminal act of cyberbullying, also appearing to be complicit in this crime is St Croix County Corporation Counsel Scott Cox.

(We believe Scott Cox is an officer of the corporation and has failed to mitigate any possible future claims against St. Croix county by failing to engage in remedial efforts to correct the records.  Mr. Cox is complicit by failure to act in the crime of cyberbullying with Michael Nieskes and Judge Eric Lundell).

Here are the reasons we bring the above people into Nieskes's resume:
While Michael Nieskes was in Racine County, Nieskes would regularly conspire with other government agencies and agents to wrongly/ punitively charge and/or deny the public their constitutional rights, just as he is already doing in St. Croix County.

Subversive to Civil Rights
Disregards Constitutional protections
to the public:
Subversive against the 14th. amendment
Subversive against the 2nd. amendment
Conspired with the court to subvert the right to trial to a defendant.

Criminal Acts
Michael Nieskes engaged in the criminal act of filing a false affidavit into court records in 2011

100 page + Criminal complaint filed against Michael Nieskes in 2011 to the Wisconsin Attorney general's office

Nieskes's "1984" future vision of
St. Croix County:
A dystopian future that controls the movements and acts of any of the offending public thru court ordered monitors, controls and directives. Abusing  bail and probation to enforce fines, compliance and control of the public.
Michael Nieskes places party before country, just as George Orwell warned you about!

Folks, protect your future
and that of your children.

For Michael Nieskes
It's always about Nieskes!
Read about Nieskes !
Doesn't talk about the issues, but he sure talks about Nieskes !
It has been a rewarding experience to work alongside DA Eric Johnson as his Deputy District Attorney. I look forward to implementing my own goals and objectives as the District Attorney of St. Croix County. I will continue to carry a caseload as I always have done, because working in the courtrooms for victims, alongside the men and women of law enforcement is what makes the job so worthwhile. It is a privilege to work with the officers and deputies of St. Croix County and I appreciate their support. My record for the last 30 years of success in the courtroom, of leadership, integrity, and innovation has been repeatedly demonstrated . I thank you for your support and votes on November 8.

How about discussing the FALSE murder charge against Kali Bookey?

Oh!... we forgot you sealed the records!

Was sealing the records an attempt to cover  violating Supreme Court Rules regarding false meritious claims against the 14 year old girl?

And how about derelict Judge Lundell's court, actively engaging in the criminal act of cyberbullying by falsely publishing the charge of homicide. Does Nieskes and Judge Lundell enjoy publishing false records for the public to read?

We believe so!

Folks, we don't have to write syfy when the County of St. Croix has such derelict, incompetent and reckless government employees who knowingly publish false charges for the public to read.
False online WCCA records are no
laughing matter.
Thousands of citizens and businesses use WCCA records everyday for scrutinizing job applicants.

The abuse of WCCA records are compounded by   false publications by both the District Attorney's office and Circuit Court System.

Months ago we notified thru email Judge Lundell and St. Croix County Corporate Counsel Scott Cox of the false and malicious WCCA posting of the homicide charge against Kali Bookey.

The response by government employees in St. Croix County government was to block our emails.

How diseased is that?

St. Croix County has engaged in the criminal act of publishing the false charge of homicide against 14 year old Kali Bookey on WCCA records. The publishing of the false charge of homicide is a criminal act of cyberbullying. The false charge is also immoral and slanderous,  leaving the county exposed to future civil prosecution in court.

These crimes are committed by the very people who are entrusted to act as good public servants, to serve and protect.

We already know that the local St. Croix legal community will likely not step up to the plate to help fix this miscarriage of justice.
To do so would jeopardize the pay to play schemes  that are currently employed in the
local legal arena.

Oh to be a14 years old girl looking into the big bad eyes of the evil justice system, knowing she has no chance of redeeming herself with Nieskes's complicit, corrupt legal system.

In Racine County as district attorney, Nieskes earned his ill repute and it is obvious that he carried his dirty deeds of false charging into St. Croix County.

Now is the time to thwart Nieskes!

Nieskes is documented to be
Anti/second amendment!
Nieskes was sued by Wisconsin Carry!
Nieskes is documented in Racine county to subvert the constitutional rights of the following:
gun rights
property rights
defense of property rights
self defense rights

Nieskes while in Racine county engaged in the criminal act of filing a false affidavit into count records to cover his illegal acts.

Nieskes was the first recipient of the National District Attorney Dirty Rat award, followed by his buddy Kenny Kratz

Be informed and smart like Racine county voters
Remove Nieskes from office!

Wednesday, November 2, 2016

The "Un-campaign" continues

Nieskes the Subversive

Voters on November 8th. have an opportunity to
change the course of the growing derelict and corrupt ways of the
St. Croix District attorney's office.

As Deputy District Attorney Michael Nieskes continues to build his web of subversive participants in St. Croix County, his ability to subvert the rights of the public will continue to grow as well.

Michael Nieskes was removed from office in Racine County by informed voters who understood the egregious conduct of Nieskes and of the dangers he represented.

In 2012, nearly 1,800 Racine County voting Republicans rejected Nieskes and his subversive ways of entanglement
of other government agencies.
These agencies include his own agency,  the Racine County Sheriff office and the Racine County Circuit Court system, the very branch of government who is duty bound to protect you from such misconduct.

Just as in Racine County, Michael Nieskes
current reign of misconduct continues to spread in
St. Croix County:
Conspiring with A.D.A. Alexis Mckinley and others in the D.A.'s office, they together falsely charged the 14 year old minor Kali Bookey with homicide when no such murder occurred.  The D.A.'s office further spread their disease of misconduct to the complicit St Croix Circuit County judge Eric Lundell in the crime form of
This is not a misprint folks, the inept and corrupt St. Croix District Attorney's office are actively engaged in
egregious misconduct.

Michael Nieskes and A.D.A Alexis Mckinley are in current violation of Supreme Court Rules.
Nieskes and Mckinley are engaging in the ongoing misconduct of the false charge of homicide and being complicit in the crime of cyberbullying , violating SCR 20:3.1, {Meritious claims and contentions} and  Wisconsin Statutes 947. along with its subsections.
Further Michael Nieskes and Alexis Mckinley are complicit in libel against Kali Bookey for the false charge of homicide.

The failings of Nieskes and A.D.A.Mckinley to conduct psychological evaluations of the minor before waiving 14 year old Kali Bookey into adult court was a huge error as well:
Nieskes was again exposed as thoughtless and derelict for his knee jerk reaction to move the minor into adult court. Nieskes again covered his tracks and requested the court to seal the records from the public.
Any first year law student would know better than to automatically move a minor into adult court when the
juvenile court system would probably better serve the needs of the
community, victim and defendant.

Yes the Nieskes disease is spreading in St. Croix County just as it spread in Racine County.  Every day Michael Nieskes will become more emboldened by the lack of scrutiny from both the legal community and the general public.

In Racine County in 2011,  the office of Michael Nieskes as District Attorney reign of terror in just ONE case included the following:
Violating his oath of office
Court dates tampering
Court records tampering
Withholding of evidence
Evidence tampering
Evidence destruction
Contempt of court
Conspiracy to deny civil rights
Conspiracy to deny trial
Filing a false affidavit - a criminal act!

Think about this folks, in the above case, the office of Michael Nieskes knowingly violated court rules and conspired to deny trial to the defendant by holding unannounced ex parte meetings with the judge to adjourn trial the day before scheduled trial. The State would  notify state's witnesses that afternoon the trial was adjourned without notifying the defendant and his witnesses.
The defendant and his witnesses would appear at scheduled trial only to be told that the trial was rescheduled.

On three separate occasions Michael Nieskes's office employed this subversive and unethical  method  to avert trial.  Many of the defendants witnesses were government employees who were also abused by the egregious conduct of Michael Nieskes.

This 20 month court case was motioned to be "Dismissed with Prejudice" by the succeeding District Attorney Rich Chiapete who fully understood the egregious misconduct of his
predecessor Michael Nieskes.  The complicit and corrupt court reluctantly agreed to dismiss the case "with prejudice". WTF?

The above case should give anybody with any knowledge of law the dangers that Michael Nieskes presents to the community, liking to a spyder who he weaves his web of subversion  and complicity around various government agencies to subvert the rights of the individual without scrutiny from other government agencies.

Michael Nieskes in 2011 and 2012 was exposed  to the public thru the blogging community in Racine County, the truth of Michael Nieskes could no longer be contained by the local media.

In Michael Nieskes's narcissistic mind, it's only about Nieskes.

Nieskes is everything George Orwell warned you about in the book 1984.  You the voting public will be the proles if the current path continues in St. Croix County.

The above is YOUR future 1984 if Michael Nieskes is elected as District Attorney of St. Croix County

On November 8th. 2016, St. Croix County voters have an opportunity to change course of the direction of leadership in the D.A.'s office.

Protect your rights!

Vote informed!

An underwhelming minority voted at the primaries for Michael Nieskes as the republican nominee.

Nearly 2 out of 3 St. Croix County voters rejected the incumbent, professional politician Nieskes as their first choice.

The truth cannot be muzzled by Nieskes or his political groupies.

Facts are Nieskes talks pro second amendment but in reality is a RINO republican who is subversive to 2nd. amendment rights.

The truth was told in Racine County and the Racine County voters responded by overwhelmingly rejecting his efforts to continue in office.

Consider this, Mike Nieskes does have the unique resume as many claim, and has many years of experience as many say. Further he had a very short stint as a Scott Walker appointed judge in Racine County.
But come voting day in 2012, Racine County voters overwhelmingly rejected Michael Nieskes for what he really was..... A corrupt, subversive narcissist who abused his power while in office.

Nieskes tells you that he has the support of law enforcement, that is true, from the naive or rogue, subversive or derelict law enforcement.

Michael Nieskes often collaborated and conspired with law enforcement officials in Racine County to deny individuals basic civil rights.

Nieskes and various rogue law enforcement officials would conspire together and award citizens with trumped up charges like disorderly conduct or use minor traffic violations to penalize their critics.

We watched Nieskes flaunt his close involvement with law enforcement in Racine County. Nieskes and Racine County Sheriff Schmaling abused their powers and appeared to subvertly create a non declared police state.

Fortunately, many local area police departments rejected Nieskes as their Furor.

Many Racine County law enforcement officials ( including chiefs and captains) were pleased to see Nieskes replaced by current D.A Rich Chiapete

Think about this folks, As the top cop of the county, a D.A.  must keep an arms length from the action to effectively have an impartial understanding of the events that took place.  What happens when you have a rogue cop? How can Nieskes effectively know what is really happening in the field and deal with a rogue cop when his head is so far up their ass that he can't see what's happening.

Worse yet, Nieskes is part of the problem as to why there is little or no recourse to citizens who have been wronged by government officials.

In Racine County, Nieskes was the problem and is now a problem in St. Croix County.

Nieskes now has taught his ADA's the art of overcharging but in doing so has violated Supreme Court Rule 20:3 1.

SCR 20:3.1 Meritorious claims and contentions (a) In representing a client, a lawyer shall not: (1) knowingly advance a claim or defense that is unwarranted under existing law, except that the lawyer may advance such claim or defense if it can be supported by good faith argument for an extension, modification or reversal of existing law;

The D. A's office represents the State and has wrongly and negligently advanced the charge of 940.01(1) (a) against the defendant.

Where is the outrage from the local bar association for the trumped up charge?
Oh, I forgot, silence is a form of complicity and to play in the St. Croix courts, attorneys have to

The way we see it, Nieskes and his ADA subordinates appear to be involved in the criminal act of cyberbullying juvenile Kali Bookey.

Nieskes along with ADA Megan Kelly, Alexis Mckinley and others in the St. Croix County District Attorney's office are complicit with ZOMBIE Judge Eric Lundell and his court staff.  These players have used electronic devices and media to wrongly transmit and print homicide charges against minor Kali Bookey.

This negligent and malicious printed overcharge is no laughing matter.  There are consequences for their negligence.

Every day tens of thousands of WCCA files are scanned by the public, employers, law enforcement and attorneys. The derelict and misleading WCCA files are used and abused to discriminate against others. The government is often actively participating in libel.

Again where is the outrage from your "good citizens at corporate law firms"
Oh again I forgot, they have to be silent and pay to play in the St. Croix County Circuit Court.

The privileged subverting the privileged who subvert their clients. How appropriate is that.

And look at Nieskes's buddy John Worden.

Do the  names Michael Nieskes and Former Hudson Police officer John Worden conjure up any thoughts?

Chief Marty Jensen and the Hudson police management team has been exposed for inefficient and derelict service to the community. The former Hudson police officer John Worden sex fiasco went on for months.
Does the term derelict management apply?

No surprise here that they support Nieskes.
Ask Marty why there was a need for 4 officers at the St. Croix D.A debate on Tuesday evening
Ask Marty about the conversations the attending officers had with the attendees.

Ask Marty and who knows what kind of answer you will get because it appears he doesn't know how to manage his own staff.

Why do you really think Hudson Police officer John Worden was released without any legal consequences?

There is more to the story than Michael Longaecker from the Hudson Star Observer reported.
