In the fall of 2010, I apprehended and held three burglars at gunpoint on private property in Racine county.

 In Racine County, Then District Attorney Michael Nieskes was known as soft on crime,

I attend court hearings to insure the proper prosecution of these criminals. During court hearings I was introduced to Nieskes by then A.D.A. Patricia Hanson, now current D.A. of Racine county. 

Nieskes's first words to me was not a "thank you" or "nice job for apprehending the criminals" or discussions of safety. Nieskes stated more like

" If you had shot them, 
you would be under arrest" 
Nieskes didn't address a conversation of possible self defense. I learned at that time Nieskes in a heartbeat would subvert the 2nd. amendment if given a chance.

I already knew by reputation that Nieskes was a dissolute P.O.S.

Of course we had very terse words that day,

something Nieskes would deny later 
thru a false affidavit sworn into court records.  

  

On January 6th. of 2011,  I attempted to remove more trespassers from our property. Racine County District Attorney Michael Nieskes personally intervened with a sheriff deputy thru a telephone call and wrongfully ordered a sheriff deputy to cite my brother in law and I for disorderly conduct on our own property.

In citing my brother in law with disorderly conduct on his own property, Nieskes had crossed the line and attacked my family as well.  

My brother in law and I both had legal right and privilege to remove trespassers off our property.  Nieskes both punitively and egregiously ordered the citation of civil forfeiture disorderly conduct while on our own property.

  

And so began my 20 month journey in the corrupt Racine County Circuit system to have my case dismissed with prejudice, with sanctions.  After 20 months in court, the case was dismissed with prejudice.

Yes with prejudice!

During those twenty months of time in the court system, Michael Nieskes filed a false affidavit into court records and fought all my subpoenas for him to appear in court in person. The coward Nieskes would not face me in court.

 Nieskes further conspired with the dirty Judge Gerald Ptacek to deny me scheduled trial on three occasions.  Nieskes thru his ADA had held ex parte meetings with the judge the afternoon prior to trial dates to adjourn trial, without notification to Defendant (me) or my witnesses. All States witnesses were notified of adjournment and did not show for scheduled trial the next morning. It's all part of court record along with the following governmental misconduct:

The criminal complaint filed at the Wisconsin Department of Justice against Nieskes was never acted upon.

The only avenue of relief I have obtained from the egregious misconduct of Michael Nieskes was by blogging, exposing Nieskes for the fraud he is and helping the voters in Racine county to remove him from office.

Our justice system is corrupt, rigged and hopeless without the ability to pierce the protection of absolute immunity for government officials.

Nieskes was overwhelmingly removed from office in Racine county because of real information provided to the voters from bloggers. Nieskes became tainted meat in Racine county.  Nieskes moved outside of the Racine county area to find work. 

When I was in Hudson during the D.A. debates of 2016,

One of Nieskes groupi girlfriends named Mary whined that I am dangerous and a stalker.

Truth being known to Mary, I am not a stalker, I am a blogger.   If I were a stalker, the punitive POS Nieskes would have surely brought me into his corrupt legal system to again flex and abuse his power. But Nieskes knows I am tenacious and will again embarrass and humiliate him in all fronts of all his indoctrinated feeble minded followers. 

Since Nieskes the coward did not appear in court against me when he ordered the sheriff deputy to issue me a citation, do you think the coward would attempt to bring me into court for the truth to be again told.
Ha! 
Nieskes is a bad joke thrust upon St. Croix County residents by the republican party.  

Nieskes is a coward, an abuser of power and a narcissist. Nieskes only cares about himself and his phony 
"white hat" image. 

While in Racine county, Nieskes put his ADA's at risk of both disciplinary actions and of sanctions to forward his own personal agenda. It appears Nieskes continues his diseased legal work in St. Croix county by influencing ADA Alexis Mckinley to prematurely file charges against a fourteen year old girl without the benefit of all the 
facts and evaluations completed.

Michael Nieskes has brought his sick and despicable form of prosecution into St. Croix County.  Nieskes has extended his legacy of abuse of power and deceit in St. Croix County. Nieskes supervised and aided Assistant District Attorney Alexis McKinley to wrongly charge 14 year old juvenile Kali Bookey as an adult and falsely prosecute the Homicide charge of 940.01 (1)(a) in St. Croix County Circuit Court against defendant Kali Bookey.

District Attorneys have a responsibility to only bring forth charges to which they can reasonably expect to prove.

How can one even remotely expect to prove homicide when no homicide has taken place?

Thankfully no cadaver or stiff exist in the Kali Bookey prosecution, but what is dead is the rule of reason and law in the St. Croix County District Attorney's office.

To compound the legal matters of this case, Judge Eric Lundell has chosen to overlook the prosecution's lack of good judgment, discretion and candor towards the court

Only a derelict and irresponsible judge would allow a District Attorney's  false charge of homicide to remain before his court.  The court is well aware thru documents provide by law enforcement that the defendant Kali Bookey committed assault, not homicide. 

And speaking of derelict and irresponsible,   

Judge Eric Lundell has been derelict of his duties in the court by acting irresponsibly regarding his overview of the WCCA published records of his court. Judge Eric Lundell has published the false and malicious charge of homicide against juvenile Kali Bookey when Judge Eric Lundell is aware no such homicide took place.

St. Croix County and Circuit Court Judge Eric Lundell is responsible for the criminal act of Cyber Bullying against juvenile Kali Bookey.

Judge Lundell should be immediately recused.

Kali Bookey did not commit homicide, yet Judge Eric Lundell knowingly sees fit to wrongly publish and disseminate misinformation thru WCCA public records known to be false and prejudice against the defendant.

As Deputy District Attorney Michael Nieskes continues to build his web of subversive participants in St. Croix County, his ability to subvert the rights of the public will continue to grow as well.

Michael Nieskes was removed from office in Racine County by informed voters who understood the egregious conduct of Nieskes and of the dangers he represented.

In 2012, nearly 1,800 Racine County voting Republicans rejected Nieskes and his subversive ways of entanglement 
of other government agencies.

These agencies include his own agency,  the Racine County Sheriff office and the Racine County Circuit Court system, the very branch of government who is duty bound to protect you from such misconduct.

current reign of misconduct continues to spread in 

St. Croix County: 

Conspiring with A.D.A. Alexis Mckinley and others in the D.A.'s office, they together falsely charged the 14 year old minor Kali Bookey with homicide when no such murder occurred.  The D.A.'s office further spread their disease of misconduct to the complicit St Croix Circuit County judge Eric Lundell in the crime form of 

CYBER BULLYING.

This is not a misprint folks, the inept and corrupt St. Croix District Attorney's office are actively engaged in 

egregious misconduct. 

Michael Nieskes and A.D.A Alexis Mckinley are in current violation of Supreme Court Rules.  

 Nieskes and Mckinley are engaging in the ongoing misconduct of the false charge of homicide and being complicit in the crime of cyberbullying , violating SCR 20:3.1, {Meritious claims and contentions} and  Wisconsin Statutes 947. along with its subsections.

Further Michael Nieskes and Alexis Mckinley are complicit in libel against Kali Bookey for the false charge of homicide.

 The failings of Nieskes and A.D.A.Mckinley to conduct psychological evaluations of the minor before waiving 14 year old Kali Bookey into adult court was a huge error as well:

Nieskes was again exposed as thoughtless and derelict for his knee jerk reaction to move the minor into adult court. Nieskes again covered his tracks and requested the court to seal the records from the public.

Any first year law student would know better than to automatically move a minor into adult court when the

 juvenile court system would probably better serve the needs of the 

community, victim and defendant. 

Yes the Nieskes disease is spreading in St. Croix County just as it spread in Racine County.  Every day Michael Nieskes will become more emboldened by the lack of scrutiny from both the legal community and the general public.

In Racine County in 2011,  the office of Michael Nieskes as District Attorney reign of terror in just ONE case included the following:

Violating his oath of office

Court dates tampering

Court records tampering 

Withholding of evidence

Evidence tampering

Evidence destruction

Contempt of court

Conspiracy to deny civil rights

Conspiracy to deny trial

Filing a false affidavit - a criminal act!

Think about this folks, in the above case, the office of Michael Nieskes knowingly violated court rules and conspired to deny trial to the defendant by holding unannounced ex parte meetings with the judge to adjourn trial the day before scheduled trial. The State would  notify state's witnesses that afternoon the trial was adjourned without notifying the defendant and his witnesses.

The defendant and his witnesses would appear at scheduled trial only to be told that the trial was rescheduled.

On three separate occasions Michael Nieskes's office employed this subversive and unethical  method  to avert trial.  Many of the defendants witnesses were government employees who were also abused by the egregious conduct of Michael Nieskes.

This 20 month court case was motioned to be "Dismissed with Prejudice" by the succeeding District Attorney Rich Chiapete who fully understood the egregious misconduct of his 

predecessor Michael Nieskes.  The complicit and corrupt court reluctantly agreed to dismiss the case "with prejudice". WTF?

The above case should give anybody with any knowledge of law the dangers that Michael Nieskes presents to the community, liking to a spyder who he weaves his web of subversion  and complicity around various government agencies to subvert the rights of the individual without scrutiny from other government agencies.   

Michael Nieskes in 2011 and 2012 was exposed  to the public thru the blogging community in Racine County, the truth of Michael Nieskes could no longer be contained by the local media.

An underwhelming minority voted at the primaries for Michael Nieskes as the republican nominee.

Nearly 2 out of 3 St. Croix County voters rejected the incumbent, professional politician Nieskes as their first choice.

The truth cannot be muzzled by Nieskes or his political groupies.

Facts are Nieskes talks pro second amendment but in reality is a RINO republican who is subversive to 2nd. amendment rights.

The truth was told in Racine County and the Racine County voters responded by overwhelmingly rejecting his efforts to continue in office.

Consider this, Mike Nieskes does have the unique resume as many claim, and has many years of experience as many say. Further he had a very short stint as a Scott Walker appointed judge in Racine County. 

But come voting day in 2012, Racine County voters overwhelmingly rejected Michael Nieskes for what he really was..... A corrupt, subversive narcissist who abused his power while in office.

Nieskes tells you that he has the support of law enforcement, that is true, from the naive or rogue, subversive or derelict law enforcement.

Michael Nieskes often collaborated and conspired with law enforcement officials in Racine County to deny individuals basic civil rights.

Nieskes and various rogue law enforcement officials would conspire together and award citizens with trumped up charges like disorderly conduct or use minor traffic violations to penalize their critics.

We watched Nieskes flaunt his close involvement with law enforcement in Racine County. Nieskes and Racine County Sheriff Schmaling abused their powers and appeared to subvertly create a non declared police state.

Fortunately, many local area police departments rejected Nieskes as their Furor. 

Many Racine County law enforcement officials ( including chiefs and captains) were pleased to see Nieskes replaced by current D.A Rich Chiapete

Think about this folks, As the top cop of the county, a D.A.  must keep an arms length from the action to effectively have an impartial understanding of the events that took place.  What happens when you have a rogue cop? How can Nieskes effectively know what is really happening in the field and deal with a rogue cop when his head is so far up their ass that he can't see what's happening.

Worse yet, Nieskes is part of the problem as to why there is little or no recourse to citizens who have been wronged by government officials. 

In Racine County, Nieskes was the problem and is now a problem in St. Croix County.

Nieskes now has taught his ADA's the art of overcharging but in doing so has violated Supreme Court Rule 20:3 1.

SCR 20:3.1 Meritorious claims and contentions (a) In representing a client, a lawyer shall not: (1) knowingly advance a claim or defense that is unwarranted under existing law, except that the lawyer may advance such claim or defense if it can be supported by good faith argument for an extension, modification or reversal of existing law;

The D. A's office represents the State and has wrongly and negligently advanced the charge of 940.01(1) (a) against the defendant.

The way we see it, Nieskes and his ADA subordinates appear to be involved in the criminal act of cyberbullying juvenile Kali Bookey.

Nieskes along with ADA Megan Kelly, Alexis Mckinley and others in the St. Croix County District Attorney's office are complicit with ZOMBIE Judge Eric Lundell and his court staff.  These players have used electronic devices and media to wrongly transmit and print homicide charges against minor Kali Bookey.

This negligent and malicious printed overcharge is no laughing matter.  There are consequences for their negligence.

There are some very serious issues of veracity being violated by government officials.

Did you notice the term homicide?

Did you notice the “ whoever causes the death” part of this statute ?

That means somewhere there should exist a cadaver, corpse, dead body, a dead human being !

But no dead body exist!

There was no homicide involved in this case, yet the “D” team of Johnson and Nieskes  charge Ms. Bookey with homicide.

To exacerbate the wrongful charge, token lackey Judge Eric Lundell fails to properly question and scrutinize the bogus charge of homicide at court hearings. A legitimate judge would have tossed the false and defective complaint back into the D.A's office and told them to get it right before ruling.

The apparent complicity between the D.A.’s office and the court is disturbing, unethical and subverts the rights of all the public.

We at St. Croix County Corruption have no issues to bring Ms. Bookey into the justice system, just make sure the justice system is fair and honest. Not run by lackeys, liars and other undesirables.

Warning:

Bad judges manipulate people; they alter and destroy lives in the wake of their corruption.  Bad government manifests itself thru complicity and collusion.

WAKE UP St. Croix residents!  Wrongful, malicious and punitive prosecution are a good part of why Nieskes got kicked out of Racine County.

We have already filed a complaint to the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) regarding the misconduct of the St. Croix District Attorney's office.   Veracity matters!

The alleged egregious acts of 14 year old  Kali Bookey have been extensively covered by mainstream media 

and social media outlets. 

And we as part of the community extend our hearts and prayers to the victim of this shocking and unthinkable event.

Will the victim of this crime make a full and complete recovery? We most certainly hope so.

We understand the communities desire and need to protect the community from such 

egregious conduct.

We further understand that part of the District Attorney’s office mission is to protect the community, and should act legally and responsibly to achieve this goal.

But due to negligence and mismanagement in the St. Croix District Attorney's office, another "victim" may be appearing in this case.

This "victim" is the defendant Kali Bookey, a victim of complicity between the St. Croix District Attorney's office and Judge Eric Lundell of the St.Croix County Circuit Court System. 

The St. Croix District Attorney's office has wrongly charged Ms. Bookey with homicide when no death occurred in the commission of her alleged crime.

Further Judge Eric Lundell failed to properly vet the complaint forwarded by the District Attorney's office during hearings.

The charge of homicide indicates somebody died, not merely insinuating a death. 

 Why has A.D.A. Alexis Mckinley brought forth charges that she cannot 

prove in court?

For the District Attorney’s office to bring forth charges against a defendant that it cannot prove in court is negligent, unethical, malicious and further lacks candor towards the tribunal.

Now don't get the idea we are condoning Ms. Bookey acts, as we are not. 
Ms. Bookey appears to have some serious issues, but she may grow out of her issues as her brain continues to develope as she ages. 

But what are the excuses of the adults in the D.A.'s office committing the wrongful and negligent act of mischarging?

District Attorney Eric Johnson has over 30 years experience as District Attorney
and Deputy District Attorney Michael Nieskes also has extensive experience.

Is this a pattern and practice of negligence and abuse of power by the St. Croix District Attorney's office that has now come to light?

This case is barely out of arraignment and there are already many legal issues of errors, acts, omissions, negligence and complicity committed by the District Attorney’s office. 

But why has the media neglected to illuminate these apparent failings of the 

St Croix District Attorney’s office?

And why has the media failed to report the apparent acts of complicity by Judge Eric Lundell of the St. Croix County Circuit Court ?

We currently don't know the answers to these questions.

We are only laymen at St. Croix County Corruption, with no formal legal training, but we will make inquiries.

 But we do have lots of experience exposing wrongful acts by government employees and we know how to publish those acts.

Kali Bookey, a minor in St. Croix County has been wrongly charged by the St. Croix District Attorney’s office with Wisconsin Statute 940.01(1)(a).

Wisconsin Statute 940.01(1)(a) reads:

940.01  First-degree intentional homicide

(a) Except as provided is sub. (2), whoever causes the death of another human being with intent to kill that person or another is guilty of a Class A felony.

The problem with this case for the D.A.'s office is that there is no death associated with 

St. Croix case # 16CF322. 

That’s right !

No cadaver ! No corpse !  

No dead body!

That means the District Attorney’s office knowingly filed a complaint that it knows it cannot prove in court.

To exacerbate the wrongful acts of District Attorney’s Eric Johnson’s and Deputy District Attorney Michael Nieskes ‘s apparent mismanagement of this case, 

Judge Eric Lundell failed to properly vet, question and scrutinize the false charges.

Are we to believe that Judge Eric Lundell is so removed from reality that he is the only person in St. Croix County that is unaware that no death occurred in this case?

When we talk about judicial systems that is corrupt to the core, the St. Croix County Judiciary system appears to be in need for a major cleansing. 

We deplore the management style of deception by District Attorney Eric Johnson and Deputy District Attorney Michael Nieskes.

The D. A.'s office has already mismanaged this case by wrongly charging Ms. Bookey of a crime it cannot prove.

 The negligent act of charging the defendant with a crime 

they knowingly cannot prove 

in an honest court is both immoral and unethical. 

Judge Eric Lundell appeared to act complicit with the D.A.'s office and failed to ascertain probable cause that a death occurred.
