Having over 40 years of business experience, I know something about negotiations, dealing with cheaters, fraudsters and other “less than candid or reputable individuals”.  Michael Nieskes indeed falls into this category.  

Having fought with the ever corrupt Racine County Circuit Court system and the ever then corrupt Racine County District Attorney’s office gives me a unique ability to expound upon my experience to the St. Croix voting public. 

Being my background is in business, managing, maintaining and processing records are fundamental tasks for me.  So when Racine County D.A. Michael Nieskes was introduced to me by then Racine County A.D.A. Patricia Hanson,  I immediately knew I met a beast- a bad negotiator.

Michael Nieskes while acting as Racine County District Attorney  engaged in the egregious acts of abuse of power, conspiracy, complicity and collusion with other government agencies to deny citizens of their constitutional rights,  denying citizens trial,  engaging in court records tampering, evidence tampering and committing the criminal act of filing a false affidavit into court records.

Like a spider weaving its web, Michael Nieskes has a documented history of  abusing his power and subverting other government officials into his corrupt web.  He conspires with others in government to deny citizens their rights guaranteed by Wisconsin State statutes and both the State and Federal constitutions.

Our documented history of Michael Nieskes acting subversive to the rights of the individual is indeed extensive. Can I be the only person, a single Pro se litigant who fought the ever corrupt narcissist Michael Nieskes? Want to bet there are others ? Nieskes's stripes haven't changed so there must be others he abused even in this quaint community of St. Croix county. How about sharing your stories as I have, the privilege is yours for the asking. 

On January 6th, 2011, Michael Nieskes acted punitively, negligently, and was complicit in the decision to wrongfully cite me for civil forfeiture disorderly conduct on my own family's property. At the time of  the altercation, I was protecting my family and their interest from an unwanted trespasser. The trespasser was legally ordered off of the property several times. The trespasser refused to leave and subsequently I remove the keys from his vehicle and told him he can now wait for the Sheriff.

Not only was my conduct legally allowed, according to Wisconsin State Statutes I was further privileged to act. Michael Nieskes failed to abide by the the U.S. constitution to protect me under the 14th. amendment of the U. S. constitution, that is equal protection of the law.  Michael Nieskes instead conspired with a sheriff deputy and wrongfully and punitively cited me for disorderly conduct.

Michael Nieskes's punitive acts were precipitated by our previous terse discussions of my apprehending at gunpoint three criminals in the act of burglarizing on my family's property.

During court proceedings, Michael Nieskes filed a false affidavit into court records. The conspiring, corrupt Racine County Circuit Court Judge Ptacek would not honor my request of subpoena to impeach Michael Nieskes of his false affidavit in court testimony. This is all in the court records of case 11-FO-57.

Michael Nieskes negligently and maliciously prosecuted me to feed his own demented narcissistic ways. Court records, dates and evidence were tampered with by named (Thomas Christensen)

and unnamed government agents during the course of the 20 month case. This is all documented in court testimony and transcripts and further elaborated upon in court by former Racine County ADA Noah Wishau.

During this 20 month span, there were several exparte meetings between Judge Ptacek and the D.A.'s office.  The results of these meetings included the adjournment of trial the day before trial, with the D.A.'s office notifying their state's witnesses without notifying me or my witnesses. I would show up for trial with my witnesses only to find out the court( Judge Ptacek) conspired with the D.A.'s office to deny me my trial the day before.  Several of the defense witnesses were employees of Racine county - including dispatchers.This illuminates how little concern Michael Nieskes had towards his own fellow government employees.

This dirty tactic of exparte meetings between the judge and the D.A.'s office to adjourn the trial the day before trial happened 3 times.  My subpoenaed witnesses would to show up to court only to be notified by the court that the trial was adjourned the day before without notification to the plaintiff  or his witnesses.  State's witnesses were notified and did NOT appear for trial.  I don't make this shit up as it really happened as I speak

February 9th. was the last attempt to hold trial, to hold and expose the criminals of Racine government for their negligent, malicious and wrongful prosecution. Once again I subpoenaed Michael Nieskes into the court, this time for trial.  Due to continued conspiracy, complicity and collusion by the D.A.'s office and the Racine County Circuit court , I was again denied trial.

Rich Chiapete was then recently appointed D.A. of Racine County. Shortly afterwards Rich Chiapete requested the court to dismiss my case "with prejudice" and so the court reluctantly obliged.
       The case was dismissed with prejudice!

Folks , this is all part of Racine County court records, Mike Nieskes is a corrupt, incompetent ass that could not successfully prosecute a Pro se litigant of a civil forfeiture even when he stacked the deck.  If Nieskes couldn't legally and successfully prosecute a civil forfeiture against a Pro se litigant in a stacked court, how the hell can St. Croix residents expect him to prosecute a criminal with a competent attorney?

Mike Nieskes belongs in jail, not as a prosecutor.

The Hudson Star should take extra measures to fully vet the candidate Michael Nieskes for St. Croix County District Attorney.

Good morning,  my name is Harry Wait, and I have extensive history dealing with your candidate for St. Croix County District Attorney.

I will provide you with the thirty 30 second version of my experience as I know your time is valuable.

Beginning with the apprehension of criminals on my family's property located in Racine County, so began my journey with Nieskes.

While attending hearings regarding the three suspects, ADA Patricia Hanson in one of the corridors of the Racine County Safety building identified me to Michael Nieskes.

Michael Nieskes's first words out of his mouth were something like this;

Nieskes: "If you had shot them I would have arrested you"

Wait: "Where is the conversation of self defense?"

Unanswered

Wait: Who the f*ck are you?

And so began the downward spiral of disdain that I developed for the narcissist Michael Nieskes. 

Shortly afterwards on January 6th, 2011 was the day of enlightenment that Michael Nieskes's true and full narcissistic character was fully revealed. 

Nieskes conspired with a Racine County Sheriff Deputy and wrongfully cited me for  civil forfeiture disorderly conduct, then threaten to upcharge me with misdemeanor disorderly conduct when I began my process to dispute the charge in court.  

Fortunately for me I had already began many recordings (including video) of interactions I had with Racine County government. 

20 months later, the new District Attorney dismissed the case with prejudice.

Consider this, If Nieskes was such a desirable commodity, why did the voters in Racine County kick this dufus out of office?

Even worse yet, Nieskes as a former District Attorney and Judge wasn't hired by Racine area law firms, that alone speaks volumes of the apparent lack of respect by his fellow legal peers in Racine.

In the end your quaint little town got stuck with this loser.

Bruce,

I enjoyed reading your enlightening article about the candidates for the Iron County District Attorney's office.

It is pleasing to see non public career attorneys seeking government service.

In another part of the state, the St. Croix County D.A. race got interesting when former Racine County D.A. and Judge Michael Nieskes threw his hat into the ring for District Attorney.

As you may recall in 2012 and 2013, I followed the State vs.Tom Barrett case in Milwaukee County and extensively blogged about that entrapment case. At the same time I was very active in a court case that was wrongfully initiated and prosecuted by Nieskes against myself and another family member in Racine County Circuit Court.

As a result of Nieskes's misconduct and criminal acts, I spearheaded the efforts in 2012 to remove Michael Nieskes from elected office in Racine County.  We were overwhelmingly successful in our efforts to remove the

 "All powerful All corrupt" Nieskes from office.

To refresh your memory of the Racine elections of 2012, I have attached the following article

You will notice in the article that Nieskes was soundly defeated by over 3,600 votes all while enjoying the benefits of being the incumbent Racine County Circuit Court judge and also being the former District Attorney of Racine County. The other available Racine County judicial seat was won by Timothy Boyle,  a republican by a margin of less than 70 votes out of 31,000 plus votes. By our estimates, our efforts in year 2012 got over 1,700 republicans to jump ship.

I endeavor to continue to be Nieskes achilles heel, or his nemesis if you wish, as he is not worthy to be of public service. I recently open St.Croix County Corruption to inform the Hudson area residents of Mr. Nieskes's past.

Good Morning,

On this fourth of July, I write you in the spirit of what our founding fathers of this great country envisioned, government of the people, by the people, for the people.

The importance of electing an honest  D.A. is perhaps not paramount for most citizens. In Wisconsin's polarized political scene, being a Democrat or Republican appears to be of greater importance than that of moral character and integrity.

Personally I am repulsed by both political parties, but that is not my reason for this email.

I write to inform you, along with the possibility that you may enlighten your readers and supporters of the errant ways of Michael Nieskes in Racine County.

Michael Nieskes's checkered past includes abuse of power and criminal acts while acting as Racine County's District Attorney.

The most egregious provable violation beyond any doubt is contained in Racine County Circuit Court records in black and white print, the signed false affidavit that Michael Nieskes knowingly filed into court records while acting as Racine Couny District Attorney.

By subpoena, I  invited Michael Nieskes into Racine County Circuit Court several times to impeach his testimony, only to be thwarted by the bias, prejudice and ever so corrupt Racine County Circuit Court Judge Gerald Ptacek. The coward Michael Nieskes would not appear in court to back his smack.

The filing of a false affidavit into court records is indeed a criminal act, and Micheal Nieskes did indeed commit such an crime.

Michael Nieskes is an unconvicted criminal and not worthy of public service. Considering the District Attorney's office is perhaps the most powerful and influential position in St. Croix County government, one would want to ensure that the office is held by a person of impeccable character, and that is not Michael Nieskes.

I do not currently endorse any St. Croix County candidates for District Attorney. , but I do stand behind the "ANYBODY BUT NIESKES" theme.

You will notice that I cc'd Mr. Nieskes with this email as there is no hidden agenda on my efforts to thwart his attempt for a public office he does not deserve.

Nieskes has a proven track record to harass and abuse his powers against citizens when it comes to rights under the Second Amendment.

Nieskes so pissed off Wisconsin Carry members that they filed Federal court action specifically naming Nieskes as a defendant while he was acting as District Attorney for Racine County.

Of course as a member of the “good old boys club”, his buddy Wisconsin Attorney General J B Van Hollen came to his rescue and used his clout to help make the case against Nieskes “go away”.

Yes,  this is the same Michael Nieskes who in Racine County Circuit Court knowingly filed a false affidavit into court records. So I subpoenaed him into court to impeach his testimony but he wouldn’t show into court.  He further used and abused his ADA to the point that I filed OLR complaints.  

Nieskes is clearly a narcissist, to such a point that he had put his own ADA at risk of being sanctioned for his lies.
