A fundamental principle in business or law is indeed

“you get what you negotiate”.

In both the legal and business world, “that cheaters should not be allowed to prosper has long been central to the moral fabric of our society”

Having over 40 years of business experience, I know something about negotiations, dealing with cheaters, fraudsters and other “less than candid or reputable individuals”.  Michael Nieskes indeed falls into this category.  

Having fought with the ever corrupt Racine County Circuit Court system and the ever then corrupt Racine County District Attorney’s office gives me a unique ability to expound upon my experience to the St. Croix voting public. 

Being my background is in business, managing, maintaining and processing records are fundamental tasks for me.  So when Racine County D.A. Michael Nieskes was introduced to me by then Racine County A.D.A. Patricia Hanson,  I immediately knew I met a beast- a bad negotiator. 

Michael Nieskes earned what he negotiated!

Michael Nieskes while acting as Racine County District Attorney  engaged in the egregious acts of abuse of power, conspiracy, complicity and collusion with other government agencies to deny citizens of their constitutional rights,  denying citizens trial,  engaging in court records tampering, evidence tampering and committing the criminal act of filing a false affidavit into court records.
