On the last post, I said I would look into State vs. Fredin.

What I found was 5 bail jumping felonies filed on 10-08-2025 in Waterman's court.  946.49(1)(b)  Felony H

These 5 felonies were filed by A.D.A. "Railroad Robert Fowler" under the supervision of D. A. Karl Anderson

5 the same charges, really ?

On 10-20-2025, Waterman oscillated, an arrest warrant was issued, cancelled than issued again, and again cancelled.  WTF ?

It's all in the court record.

Waterman & "Railroad Fowler" are not only idiots, they are as incompetent as hell.  Bozo's in the court. 

Mr Fredin spent 3 days in a Blanco County Texas slammer because of malice, negligence & incompetence by Judge Waterman & the D.A.'s office 

I see a lot of malice, incompetence & corruption in Racine County too.

Mr. Fredin's great crime ?

Criticizing the bozo's  ?

Peaceful, lawful speech ?

5 felony bail jumping charges ?

Is judge Waterman another loser judge appointed to the court by former governor Scott Walker ?   a rino?     I think so. 

Corruption in the courts is a given in Wisconsin, but we must still expose the POS that are in the system.  That is the basis of Racine County Corruption, St. Croix County Corruption, Dane County Corruption, Wisconsin Supreme Court Corruption and list goes on & on.

Former St. Croix county D.A. Mike Nieskes, who was appointed by Scott Walker to the Racine bench lasted only 4 months in Racine county in 2012, where the voters voted his corrupt ass out of office, then he came to St. Croix county.

Back to Waterman,  Judge Waterman upheld in St. Croix county Governor Evers statewide mask mandate order.

Waterman is so far down the rabbit hole, I think he has lost his marbles, and so should you.

Case in point:

Case # 25CF567   State vs. Brock Fredin

Judge Michael Watermen is using 5 slimly bail jumping charges to try to gag Mr. Fredin into silence and bring him back to St. Croix county.  Is Waterman violating 18 U.S.C §§241-242 to do so? I think so.

How egregious is Waterman  you ask?

Waterman issued an arrest warrant for Fredin.

What did Fredin do?   Non violent social post exposing the corrupt & nefarious legal system. 

Waterman ordered a sealed motion, so we can't see it.  

What is sooooo important in that sealed document he doesn't want the public to see?

Fredin is being unfairly treated as an active threat to the community by Waterman,  when it is Waterman who is the real threat to justice.

This looks like a case I may be following.  I am going to start mining any data available, including using the Wayback machine..

  St. Croix assistant district attorney Bela Ballo.

  Ballo has been accused of some very serious               and disturbing crimes that may involve                 either mental illness, drug use, or both. 

Everything Ballo has been involved with as an             assistant district attorney must now be                          scrutinized with a fine comb.

    Ballo has demonstrated poor judgment and  vendictive behavior towards people he disagrees   with, making him an unworthy public servant.
